Our Atrium, which boasts 30’ marble columns and travertine marble floors (all of which have been restored to their original 1920’s glory), is in the heart of our three venue spaces. While we entertained 500+ people for the Taste of Hartford here last week, below you will see April Eve’s photo of the same space all decked out for a wedding. It’s a beautiful space for any occasion.
Taste the Nation Hartford was a huge success! Over 500 people joined us to raise money for Share Our Strength, an organization dedicated to ending childhood hunger. Dozens of area restaurants brought their best dishes to sample, as well as fine wines, cocktails and desserts. It was a culinary delight!
Live music in the ballroom, atrium and mezzanine kept guests entertained as they wandered from station to station and perused the silent auction items. Later in the evening the live auction took place with FoxCt personalities Erika Arias, Rachel Lutzker, and Joe Furey.
Marquee was so pleased to be a part of this delightful event which was a huge success for such an important cause!
We are honored to be hosting a special event this Thursday, April 11th. Join us from 6-9pm for the Taste of the Nation Hartford Event! 100% of ticket sales support Share Our Strength’s efforts to end childhood hunger. Purchase your ticket here: http://ce.strength.org/hartford
Lauren and Zack took advantage of our Atrium for some of their photos and they came out gorgeous, with a little help from April Smith Photography. With the vintage-industrial background, these images have a unique style that only Marquee could have provided.
Corporate events at Marquee are unforgettable. With our three different venues (Gershon Fox Ballroom, the Atrium and the Mezzanine) there’s more than enough room to plan any function! Herbalife’s event was planned down to the smallest details to ensure that everyone had a great time.

Downtown Hartford offers a great backdrop to your big day. Visit the capital area with sweeping green lawns, or the picturesque side streets that surround Marquee. Lauren and Andrew explored the area and thanks to photographer Eric Foley, have beautiful memories to show for it.
